17 year-old Belous, rated 2497 Elo beat off fierce competition from many Grandmasters to take first place outright with a terrific score of 8/9.
Boris Grachev won the Men's round-robin event with a score of 7.5/11, and Alexandra Kosteniuk won the women's event with 7/11.
