But Testo how explained that the Tour 4 the winner was AntiMaster 15.1 and now is Atlantis 4 why this has no logical explanation? Greetings

This was a completely different Tour !!!
Testo-Tour 1-4 were "Blitz" Tours with 3 Minutes Games.
This Tour were "Bullet" Tour with only 1 Minutes Games (Time Control)

Bullet games have completely different laws.
Also, other books were here.

I think we have seen enough of these books.
Always the same books is boring and no more action.
Let us wait until there appear new books.

New Antimaster will soon others will follow.

I've also included contact with Michael Wagner.
Michael Wagner is one of the largest bookmaker.
I will get a book by him for the next tour.
