As long as it breaks GNU protocols, I will not be able to provide it. I have asked some drop box accounts that possess the program privately to share their link. I doubt it though.

Nothing inherently wrong with the program. The author just refuses to post his source code. He still could, and all would be well.
I'm afraid it's ctg book support is unfinished anyway. Even with recommended .ctg, books it would still tend to make the wrong move. Something posting the source code probably could have helped to improve. At least that is the spirit of GPL anyway.
