Other than the Syzygy TB support, Is there any difference in strength as well for the same date compile between stockfish development version with TB and with TB support? I never tested it though but should be same (excluding TB).. any thoughts??

There is no difference when you play same Stockfish version with and without syzygy version.
Even you play with 5-men against same default Dev.Stockfish version, they will be very close in strenght.
When you use 6-men ,then you have a difference in stenght! (Till today)
With the faster systems comming ,deeper in Depth & better knowledge from engines..then 6-men will be also come
even and we need 7 or 8-men to gain again strenght from tablebases.
