How to Upgrade Mingw GCC 4.9.2 to GCC5.3

How to UPGRADE

I just did this myself.
I used the gcc 5.3.0 from here (64bit)
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win64/Personal%20Builds/mingw-builds/

Download and extract the file. You should have a mingw64 folder.
Place the new mingw64 folder in the C:\MinGW directory.

Follow these steps outlined in the below link, but use whatever flavor of gcc you would like from the link above.
