I recommend you to divide the 140Gb into several pieces, after which to clean each piece of:
duplicates,
games under 20 moves,
defective parties, etc. and you will see that you will be left with maybe half of the games ...
And after that you can make an abk book.
I don't know how much Arena can import as book.abk, but I think more than 1-2Gb can't.
