Redfish MCTS engine (new)

Pretty certain this is the same source that was used to compiled Redfish-210921-modern and avx2-230122.exe compile.

Anyway here is my compile. It is slightly smaller, but slower. I used mingw 11.2.0. Clang would be probably better.

Anyway, probably best to use his Redfish-210921-modern compile.
