Last but not the best..

Also I heard that Stockfish RW/IP version is more strong than the dev version but somehow I lost many games using these RW/IP versions. Any inputs from anyone?

Unfortunately,
- Stockfish_Rockwood
- Stockfish_IpMan
both violate the GPL (General Public License) License agreement.
- GPL Agreement:
- The language in the GPL that frightens some people is as follows:
"2. You may modify your copy or copies of the Program or any portion of it, thus forming a work based on the Program, and copy and distribute such modifications or work under the terms of Section 1 above, provided that you also meet all of these conditions:
…b) You must cause any work that you distribute or publish, that in whole or in part contains or is derived from the Program or any part thereof, to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third parties under the terms of this [GPL] License."

How do i violate the GPL ..as i always put the source+compiles together?
Any change i have done, you find back in the source!
Before you spread out false information ,you could contact me!
Ipman.
Unfortunately,
- Stockfish_Rockwood
- Stockfish_IpMan
both violate the GPL (General Public License) License agreement.
GPL Agreement:

Even I am not sure what GPL () actually means and how Ipman or RW violates the same. I frequently use their versions as well. Just curious to know.

Dear Ipman,
I want to formally apologize for any offense I may have caused to you by making the statement that your compile and Rockwood compile were violating GPL license. In no way was I trying to tarnish your reputation as I am one of your biggest fans.
That statement was made after I tried to post links to your compiles numerous times, and they would be deleted. Not knowing why, I assumed there was something wrong with the compiles and I said what I did (not against you but just concerning the compile).
Later, I found out that Ipman compiles were not welcome on this chess forum that was why they were being deleted. They were being deleted because I was told you were banned.
Like I said before, I am a great admirer of your work and hope we an live peacefully together at chess2U.
