strips all comments from pgn files
Usage:
StripPgn {pgn file name} [{time control limit}]
Examples:
StripPgn mygames.pgn - creates mygames.pgn.new file with comments removed
StripPgn mygames.pgn 3600 - creates mygames.pgn.new file containing only games with time control limit 60min or more
