How to cross compile from windows for android ? (totaly newbe question)


I try to stockfish like this:

but it produces an exe for windows ... (lol)



Then I did some research, and some recommend installing this: https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded
So I install it but I have no idea of ​​the command line that I have to go ...
