How long will it take to make tablebases for the 32 pieces? Is that possible? Whenever in the games are 5 pieces left, the problem is solved; same for 6 and 7 , then will we go for 8, 9 and so on??????
There are over 9 million different possible positions after three moves each. There are over 288 billion different possible positions after four moves each. The number of distinct 40-move games is far greater than the number of electrons in the observable universe. So it may take a while to make hehehehehe
Ull never solve the chess problem with tables, endgames systems.... we will do with other tools. Checkers is the largest game that has been solved to date, with a search space of 5×1020.[10] The number of calculations involved was 1014, which were done over a period of 18 years. If chechers is played perfectly by the 2 players it is draw!!!.
